Terms of Service

By accessing and using LogosAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use LogosAI. If you are under 18, please use LogosAI with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LogosAI for personal, spiritual, educational, ministry and professional purposes. That includes, for example, pastors preparing sermons, teachers preparing lessons, and churches and ministries using LogosAI in their work. You may use what you create with LogosAI in your sermons, lessons and studies.

Under this license, you may not:

• Decompile or reverse engineer the software.
• Resell, rebrand or repackage LogosAI or its features as your own product or service.
• Scrape or mass-download Bible data.
• Remove any copyright notations.

Ask AI and our other study tools use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, even when it sounds confident. It is an aid to study, not a replacement for Scripture, your own careful reading, or your pastor and local church.

• Check every answer against the Bible itself before relying on it or teaching it.
• AI output is not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
• You are responsible for how you use AI output, including anything you preach, publish or share.

We use various Bible translations under fair use provisions. You must respect the copyright of the individual translations as defined by their respective publishers (e.g., Crossway for ESV).

Users are expected to engage with the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to disrupt or overwhelm our infrastructure.
• Using AI tools to generate hateful or discriminatory content.
• Impersonating other users or platform administrators.
• Violating any local or international laws while using the platform.

Reading the Bible, Ask AI with standard limits, reading plans and community features are free. Optional paid plans (Supporter and Church Partner) and one-time services (church setup and support payments) add tools and services on top. See Plans & pricing for what each includes.

• Prices and tax. Prices in India are in INR and include GST where GST applies. Buyers outside India pay a regional price in their local currency (or USD) as an export of services, without Indian GST. You are responsible for giving correct billing details, including your GSTIN for a business invoice.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year and are charged through Razorpay until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.
• Refunds. We do not refund part-used periods, except for duplicate or wrong charges or when the service failed. Full details are in our Refund & cancellation policy.
• Church plans. The buyer owns the church workspace and decides who is a member, within the seats of the plan. Members must follow these terms.
• Changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before your next renewal. Features in a plan may change as LogosAI develops, but we will not remove the main tools of a plan during a period you have paid for.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use LogosAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
